The Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 tyre from Goodyear is loaded with features for the ultimate handling performance. A new compound for the tyre tread which features motor sport resins helps in more precise handling during dry weather conditions. The Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 has been developed specifically for drivers of high performance cars like the Porsche 911 and the Ford Focus ST. A combination of three compounds including high surface silica, high molecular weight polymers and traction resins have been moulded into a tread featuring a wide outboard shoulder which helps in cornering stability. Improved Safety Features

Liked : My tyres are fine and fitted at your local branch in Hassocks with great service from the manager and team.

Disliked : I also bought two tyres for my daughters Clio a short time before and used the mobile service which I will never use again as one of the tyres kept deflating and we took it to the local SETyres who fixed issue, not sealed properly! This I must say caused her a lot of problems as she is a teacher and until we finally got it fixed kept interfering with her work schedule.

Liked : Excellent tyres. Go well on the rear of my Jaguar XJ (2016). Improved ride and reduced noise level. Very pleased so far after 3 months. Would like on the front but Goodyear do not do a non-runflat in this size (245/40/20). Shame!!

Liked : I have used Goodyear F1's on my Honda Accord for approx 8 years, I'm a fast high(ish)mileage user and with being surrounded with motorways plenty of it at high speed as well as country and about town. I would say the tyres are superb even if the tread design looks boring - they are a high performance (drivers) tyre - highly recommended. The only drawback is they are a warm weather tyre, useless in the freezing weather and dangerous in snow and ice. I use a second set of wheels for winter use with snow tyres.

Liked : Slightly noisier than the set of Good Year F1 Asymettrics I last had on the car. Whether it's because I have a higher load rating or whether it's an updated model, I'm unsure. Always happy with the way Good Years get sticky when hot but wear well and turn in is always excellent. Wet performance is OK, nothing incredible, but way better than Bridgestones I'd previously had.

Liked : Very good tyres, look and feel premium in every sense. Having the legend 'Eagle F1' on your rims tops off the impression of having a passion for driving. Superb grip wet and dry, very low noise IMO not sure on wear haven't had them very long but little impact on tread visible after three months. Thoroughly recommended.

Liked : Massive improvement on the Bridgestones these replaced. Dry grip is great, as with most tyres, but the wet grip is also excellent. Gave great confidence in recent torrential rain at speed on motorway. Sidewall profile provides great rim protection for the alloys. Good value too. Used Goodyear Eagle F1s on the last car and they were also great tyres, particularly in the wet.

Liked : I've only driven on these in the recent cold weather, they have been excellent thus far, being much quieter and more resistant to tramlining than the Dunlop Maxx Sports on there previously. They provide a nice progressive response from slight under to balanced oversteer and haven't behaved badly yet! Too early to comment on wear, but they arent visably lower yet. Would recommend.
