Happy with online experience but disappointed with fitting centre who initially advised that tyre was delivered and ready for fitting. However when car was taken at agreed time for fitting it was advised that the tyre had been sold to someone else. The ordering of another tyre was not available till mid-day Saturday causing considerable inconvenience.

whole process was fantastic, I actually booked the wrong tyres but a simple phone call sorted it out and tyres were delivered and fitted on due date and time, the fitters were excellent and gave me helpful advice, all staff are a credit to your company.
