I got an email asking me to call tyre shopper because the tyre i ordered wasn't available. I was then told they would have the tyre i wanted sent from Edinburgh but I had to wait an additional day. Then the following day I was emailed to say the tyre wasn't available again. I called and was told I had to accept a different tyre and take an inconvenient time slot. Not great.
