On Tuesday 6th November I realised that the front tyres on my wifes car were very close to the limit. I immediately went on line, ordered & paid for two Bridgestones. I agreed a fitting slot between 1pm & 2pm at the Weston Super Mare branch on Thursday ( the earliest day I was allowed to choose). By 4pm on Tuesday I had a phone call directly from the manager at Weston to inform me that the tyres were in stock & that they could be fitted sooner shoul I so wish.As a result we took the car to the branch at 1pm Wednesday & was told that the car would be ready by 2pm. We went for a coffee locally. By 1.35pm we had a call from the manager on my mobile to say the car was ready. This is why since being reccommended to Tyreshopper a number of years ago I have never even contacted another tyre outlet. Both value & customer care is exemplary & has never been less.

I always use Gloucester or Weston Super Mare fitting stations but for personal reasons have used the Gloucester branch for recent visits. I went back to the Weston branch for this transaction & was once again 100% satisfied with my experience from start to finish.
