Online ordering was straightforward and simple - ordered 2 x Pirelli Cinturato P7 Blue 205/55 v 16. Arrived at National Tyres for fitting but the wrong tyres had been sent. There were 2 x Pirelli Cinturato P7 Blue 205/45 v 16 labelled 205/55 v 16. Fortunately for me they had 2 tyres of the required size in stock and although of a lower spec than the ones I ordered, I agreed to accept them as an inferior replacement and await a refund of the difference in cost, rather than wait 2 days for the right tyres.
