Ordered tyres online and chose an available, convenient time slot. Unfortunately tyres were not delivered in time to be fitted when I wanted. The delay meant I had to cancel another appointment. I got a 5% discount on purchase (spent nearly £400) yet another customer entered, made a purchase of less than £100 and got a 10% discount + free tyre guarantee? The fitters were friendly and efficient.
