I was most impressed with the wide range of options for fitting. I ordered the tyres on a Monday and was offered availability to have the tyres fitted from the coming Thursday. In addition there was a good range of tyres for selection, with competitive prices. The fitting process ran very smoothly. The engineer was very friendly and completed the work quickly.

I spoke to the help line as I wanted an appointment before that offered online. I was told to phone fitting centre to see if that had the tyres in stock and told the number was on the net but all I could find was the helpline number until after the order process was completed

An easy process to order my new tyres, navigating the on line ordering system was simple, and the choice of tyres to fit my vehicle was comprehensive and covered all price ranges. Fitting the tyres was done quickly and efficiently at the National Tyres centre on the Coventry Road in Sheldon, Birmingham. I will certainly use Tyre Shopper in the future for my replacement tyres.

Very efficient employee named Paul dealt with my father’s vehicle. The wheel locking nuts weren’t in the car when I left it on the forecourt, but Paul rang me and I was able to locate them and drop them down to the garage so the tyres could be changed. He rang me as soon as the vehicle was ready for collection. Couldn’t ask for better.
