Manufacturer: Pirelli
Tyre: Pirelli P6000

  • Superior ride comfort along with enhanced control is available in a single tyre.
  • With decreased expenditure on fuel, you can spend on other things or grow your savings.
  • You can bravely venture out on your driving expedition irrespective of weather, because braking responsiveness is optimal on wet and dry surfaces.

The Pirelli P6000 tyres are no magic tyres that make you car run on air or water in place of fuel. Rather, the Pirelli P6000 tyres are tyres that enhance the fuel efficiency of your car, allowing you to drive more for less fuel, thus reducing your fuel costs.

And it is no surprise that the Pirelli P6000 tyres come to you from Pirelli Tyres, one of the leading tyre manufacturers in the world.

In fact Pirelli Tyres has carved a niche for itself in the ultra high performance range with popular tyres like the Pirelli PZero tyres and the Pirelli PZero Nero tyres.

What Makes a Unique Pirelli P6000 Experience

Pirelli P6000 tyres are known for conferring maximum control in the driver (that is you) in all aspects of the performance. While accelerating, braking, manoeuvring a particularly tricky corner, you find that your control on the car remains intact. This gives you greater confidence to push the performance limits of the car and your own self, creating a unique and exhilarating drive experience.

Pirelli P6000 Tyres – Unique Wavy Tread Design

The unprecedented control offered by the Pirelli P6000 tyres is due to the unique wavy tread blocks present on the tyres. The wavy pattern makes sure that there is a continuous tread element from the tyre shoulder to the centre. As a result, tread stability increases and tyres are less prone to distortion while driving. And this is translated into enhanced control which you experience while driving.

Pirelli P6000 Tyres – Performance

  • Increased Braking Responsiveness

The increased area of the contact patch puts more rubber in contact with the surface, increasing traction and shortening braking distances.

  • Greater Wet Safety

The presence of water dispersal channels running across the tread area of the Pirelli P6000 tyres makes sure that your control on wet surface is intact and reduces the chances of aquaplaning.

  • Improved Fuel Efficiency

The innovative silica-carbon black combination tread compound reduces the rolling resistance, enhancing the fuel efficiency. The tyre structure is light weight, making it easier to roll so that less fuel is utilised for overcoming rolling resistance.

This advanced internal structural design also absorbs the ride shocks better improving ride comfort.

  • Reduced Tyre Noise

Using advanced computer software, the tread design of the Pirelli P6000 tyres is optimised to minimise tyre noise levels.

These are the best tyres make by FAR! I had the zero's rubbish and most good manufacturers but these are in a league of there own, THE BEST TYRE from Pirelli (the p6000). I knock over 25000 miles per year and these last into the early 32000 miles, giving me good grip and handling and good value for money. Its sister tyre the Pirelli zero rossi, what a load of rubbish, all done and burned out after just 14000 miles costing me more money for a set of four within 10 months and rubbish in the wet once under a 2.5 MM. P6000 ALL THE WAY.

I have had the car for 5 years and it came fitted with p6000 when new so the previous owner only 1 fitted them, every 30000 miles on the front and up to 45000 on the rear, so I'm just carrying on the tradition but they are most excelent tyres so glad I do. Tyre shopper give me the best prices I could find and national tyres there chosen fitting centres offer the best service I have ever had.

I have only had teh car since April and that is not long enough to determine how good tread wear vs. mileage is concerned but I suspect it is quite reasonable

As the car is rear wheel drive my experience of traction grip in winter has been rather poor after the positive experiences with front wheel drive cars .However I do not think it is a reflection on the tyre.

Ride comfort & smoothness & noise levels suffer due to low profile of tyres I assume. Has this been addressed at all by Pirelli with later tyres?
