Peter Tye is no longer the retail direct of the Goodyear Dunlop in the UK. The new person to fill the spot is Farrell Dolan who has had an extensive carrier in the automotive industry of more than 20 years from which 6 years have been spent at Goodyear Dunlop.
Farrell Dolan comes on the position after his predecessor, Peter Tye, has resigned from company in order to follow other prospective.
Goodyear and Dunlop UK and Ireland general manager has declared that Peter Tye has had a significant contribution in the development of the company and that the company gives its best wishes to him.
He also declared that the retail division will most probably see a bright future under Farrell.
Farrell Dolan will be directly under Rietbergen who declared that Dolan is known to have an extensive knowledge of the automotive industry business and he has a tremendous relationship with the company’s customers.
The company believes that with the aid of Farrell’s expertise it will expand its retail operation in the UK to cover 80% of the market.
Dolan has declared that the strategy that he desires to adopt focuses mainly on improving end customers loyalty, especially for retail consumers and franchisees.
