July 2012: TyreSafe Bonds with WSL – Another Feather in its Cap

TyreSafe has yet again proved its magnetic presence. This time UK’s prominent tyre safety association has added WSL as its newest member, to further spread the message of road safety and the significant role of tyres in road safety.

TyreSafe and its Efforts

Since its inception in 2006, the non-profit organisation, TyreSafe, has consistently contributed to raising awareness regarding the perils of using damaged or illegal tyres.

It constantly makes efforts to reduce the number of accidents on the road due to such tyres. This organisation collaborates with tyre industry leaders, both government and commercial companies, to spread the reach of its endeavours in tyre safety.

New Membership

WSL is a company that holds expertise in development of wheel solutions for trailers, caravans and various types of vehicles employed in the agricultural industry.

WSL has already started contributing to the tyre safety domain by developing a type of dual branded material in association with TyreSafe. It will use this latest development to educate its own customers and highlight the importance of tyre safety.

Chairman at TyreSafe, Mr. Stuart Jackson welcomed Wheel Solutions Ltd on board by saying that TyreSafe’s relationship with this company was a great piece of news because of WSL’s specialisation in certain niche sectors.

WSL’s treasure of knowledge will jointly facilitate them to propagate the significance of tyre safety to a larger audience.

He further added that TyreSafe has been propagating caravan tyre safety for a while now, and a special section on their website devoted to the same stands as a testimony to the fact. Valuable insight from WSL and a personal contact with caravan drivers will prove to be quite useful for the same.

A research has indicated the presence of over 500,000 caravans and more than 100,000 motor houses in the UK alone. So the benefits of this association between WSL and TyreSafe will definitely be many and far-fetched.

WSL’s Position

WSL was created in 1999 and it has seen momentous growth in quite a short span of time. Today, Wheel Solutions Ltd. has become UK’s greatest supplier of tyres, wheels and their assemblies. Its specialisation as a supplier of wheel assemblies to touring caravans, the high speed trailer industry and construction industry, ground support tools in the aviation industry, agricultural sector equipment and ground care technology is commendable.
