The Geolandar M/T+ is Yokohama's serious performer for serious off-road enthusiasts. This tyre is designed to conquer some of the wildest terrains; from muddy trails, rocky riverbeds to tropical jungles. It best suits the serious off-road enthusiasts that require extreme off-road appearance and traction. The Geolandar M/T+ molds a longer lasting, cut-and-chip resistant tread compound into a beefy, deep-lug directional tread design. The twin-cut lug grooves and progressive power shoulders increase the number of biting edges to enhance the tyre's traction in muddy conditions, while the stepped block edges help disperse accumulation of mud and dirt from between the blocks. On the outside, the Geolandar M/T+ has massive shoulder protectors that provide extra durability. New dual protection bars have also been added to further enhance cut and puncture resistance. On the inside, twin steel belts reinforced by nylon belt edge strips and polyester body plies provide the strength needed for off-road driving. Manufactured in the U.S., as well as those imported from Europe and Asia. Developed for use on new cars and light trucks, these tyres provide a sporty blend of ride quality, noise comfort and handling, along with dry and wet traction. These tyres are not intended to be driven in snow.
While Original Equipment summer tyres are often repurchased as direct replacements for pairs and sets of worn out Original Equipment tyres, they can also be used on other vehicles in axle pairs or sets of four if they match the needed tyre size, load range and speed rating specifications, as well as the anticipated driving conditions.
While attempts to provide a picture of as many of these tyres as possible, the pictures used to represent these tyres cannot be guaranteed to be an exact depiction of each tyres appearance because of the variety of subtle differences in tread designs and sidewall styling
