Jan 2012: Toyo All Set to Make an Impact at the Brussels Motor Show

Japanese tyre manufacturer Toyo Tires is all set to make an impact at the upcoming Brussels Motor Show.

A press release from the company confirmed that Toyo will be revealing two of its newest additions to the motorsports tyre range at the show scheduled to open to the general public from 12 th January 2012. These include the Proxes T1 Sport and the Proxes T1 Sport SUV tyres suitable for high performance sports cars and SUVs respectively.

Visitors Can Expect a Comprehensive Toyo Experience at the Stand

Toyo’s stand at the show, strategically located on the patio will exhibit a variety of Toyo products and models designed to give visitors a comprehensive understanding of what the company is all about.

The product range exhibited will offer a glimpse into the rationale behind Toyo’s current and future tyre strategy and reiterate the company’s commitment to providing value for money to customers as well as facilitating a fabulous driving experience.

Features of the Toyo Proxes T1 Sport Tyres

The Poxes T1 Sport (and Sport SUV) tyres are supremely stable at the fastest highway speeds and have been designed specifically to meet demanding handling requirements in both wet and dry conditions.

The tyres exhibit good cornering performance due to the presence of wide ribs with shallow and narrow grooves that enhance tread contact with the road.

Internally, the presence of two wide grooves offers improved water drainage and a rib based pattern configuration improves braking response. The tread design features have been specifically developed to ensure improved aquaplaning resistance, better braking response and enhanced stability and handling.

Also the tread design technology reduces irregular tyre wear and thereby increases tyre durability. The company revealed that the Proxes T1 sports tyres have been developed specifically for European conditions and will be suitable to fit on the most prestigious sports saloons and coupes.

On display will also be the company’s Proxes R1R tyres designed for the extreme high performance sector. These tyres are characterised by their unique arrow shaped profile and will produce superlative performance both on and off the roads.

A Surprise in Store

Toyo has a delightful surprise in store for fans of exclusive automobiles with a passion for high end super performance cars.

The company will have on display a one of its kind machine called the Savage Rivale Roadyatch GTS. Built in Netherlands, the vehicle is the prototype for an exclusive and exquisite super sporting four wheeler. The vehicle will sport Toyo’s Proxes T1R tyres- a perfect complementary relationship.

The Non-Motorsport Range

Last but not the least, on display, sharing the limelight, will be representatives of Toyo products from the non-motorsport range.

The company manufactures a range of high quality tyres covering a variety of sectors including tyres for passenger cars, light utility vehicles, SUVs and heavy duty 4x4s.
