"Been delighted with on line service but some of the fitting centers are letting you down. I used service partner Kidderminster Nat Tyres and felt like a second class citizen. The lead man (Jas)as good as told me that Tyre Shopper sold the tyres and they just fit them, any issues talk to Tyre Shopper! He didn't even know about the warranty saying I did not have one. I was left hanging around while other customer were taking priority, along with his mobile phone. Not even sure he torqued the wheel after. Very poor, I was livid. Will use tyre shopper again but never Kidderminster NT"
