"Overall the service was excellent.
However I was annoyed when I turned up at the appointed time to be told that the tyres were not in stock and were due to be delivered sometime that morning.
I had to return at 2.00pm when the tyres were fitted very quickly.
The wasted journey (12 miles) and the fact that I was tied to the house were very annoying."
