"Everyone involved, during phone contact and at the fitting depot, was extremely polite, pleasant and helpful. Service was speedy, in fact faster than the 'standard' two or three day wait time that on-line booking gave before I tried the direct approach and involved humans. By phoning, and speaking to humans. the wait time reduced to less than 24 hours. Surely the on- line system should be able to match thi."
