Of course the price is excellent.
Negative: 'On line operator help' could be better.....didn't address the problem until prompted 3/4 times by myself resulting in me asking to be referred to a supervisor....just needs to absorb what is being asked!
Tyre Depot: Staff could do with a couple of hours at 'charm school'!....my wife found them surly and not particularly welcoming. However it would not put us off using you again as the whole website/ordering experience and efficiency out weighed the negatives and I have already recommended you to someone."
