"Prices are fine, organisation is terrible. Twice I have bought from the site and organised a day to go into the branch. Twice I have turned up and the staff have had no knowledge of the order or the tyres havent been in stock. On this occasion I went in, and the member of staff at Inverness phoned your central office and I was told by the operator that they had emailed and left a message on my phone to say the tyres were out of stock. That was absolute rubbish. I was sent away and have to go back tomorrow to get the tyres fitted."

"Excellent, simple, quick and efficient service. Went to same fitting centre who quoted nearly double the price Tyreshopper quoted. Price so good ordered 8 tyres for both of our cars. Service from fitting centre excellent too... completed one car at a time allowing us to do shopping in the other. Definitely recommend - already have!!!"

"Easy to find tyres and tyre fitters on web site. Recieved a phone call the next day to let me know my tyres would need to be ordered in but should be at the fitting centre on time, and advised to call ahead to save a wasted journey. Excellent service at chosen tyre fitter, had them fitted within half an hour. Although a few extra locations in the Highlands wouldn't go a miss - 50 miles to my nearest participating centre, when there are several local and franchise garages & tyre fitters in my immediate area."
